I had 30 windows installed and they did a unbelievable job!! Matt was one of the best salesmen I have ever worked with...very professional and friendly. The installer were very courteous and efficient. Even the people in the office were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Castle Rock to anyone!
I had Castle Rock install 4 windows for me back in 2010 and was very pleased with the customer service and work performed. I am having them come back to install a new window in my bathroom.
I rarely write reviews, but this calls for one because everyone needs to hear this. I called Castle Rock about a month ago, everything seemed fine. They got my information and said I would be contacted soon by a representative to go over pricing. Great windows for the price. They can't be beat...I've tried. I have used them on several occasions and had good experiences every time.
I've done a lot of work with Castle Rock on different properties of mine including my first home and now my 2nd. I never hesitate to call Castle Rock, they have never let me down.
Castle Rock is a very dependable company and the completed work was great. On two separate instances, we have used Castle Rock to replace our windows. They arrive on time at the scheduled appointment times and the quality of the windows are great. Castle Rock provide great quality windows at an awesome value. Can't go wrong with Castle Rock.
Had very good experience working with Castle Rock. They installed windows in the apartment building I own. Thought they were professional but very reasonable in price. I have already recommended them to a few other people I know that have investment properties.
