He called me as soon as I posted the information on home advisor website. I allowed other companies to review the problem. One company did not call back right away and another company booked me weeks in advance when I had selected them. He reviewed the problem and I was able to schedule within the week of the review. It's been two weeks and I don't see cause to call them back. Thanks again.

Provided project in a timely matter
Came back after a few days, to check traps and coming out again to check. Scott is very courteous and responsible.

Tech made a follow up call but, No pressure to hire. Tech was respectful and when I did call back he remembered me.
