I would highly recommend working with Mandy Capp. She really knows how to find you the perfect house that is within your budget. She was really helpful and knowledgeable in discussing what the next processes were when we finally did find the house that we bought. We looked at our house one night and made an offer on it. That same night the seller agreed on the price and then closing came shortly after. Being first-time home buyers, Mandy made the whole looking and buying process easy and enjoyable for us.
Kristen made the process of buying our first home a breeze. She is very knowledgeable and kind. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and the guidance Kristen provided along the way!
