Charge for every little thing...
I have been coming to this location about a year. During that time I've always enjoyed how professional and kind they are. The best part is the happy hour special. My recent visits left a bad taste in my mouth there was an up charge of a of shaping my nails that I didn't change. When I asked about it I was told, "Oh you must have forgot there is an extra fee." There was an up charge of the services for the last three appointments. I was so disappointed this happened after having such a great experience in the past.
