Not impressed by my nail tech AT ALL today. Very sad about my nails, I’ve been growing them out and wanted to get them done before a special event this weekend. I’ve been here before and it was a great experience, but today I was not listened to. I had the young guy as my tech today, and he asked if I had tips or if my current length was my natural nail. Told him my nails were natural, that I do not like tips. He looked at my nails and started chopping them with the clippers while I still had the previous SNS on! He cut them... read more
Fantastic service every time I go!
I won't be returning. It was a very pleasant experience and the woman who did my pedicure did a great job but my hands are a different story...6 out of 10 of my nails are crooked despite me mentioning it to the tech. The application of the acrylic and gel is very thick and the ends of my nails are not straight
