Not impressed by my nail tech AT ALL today. Very sad about my nails, I’ve been growing them out and wanted to get them done before a special event this weekend. I’ve been here before and it was a great experience, but today I was not listened to. I had the young guy as my tech today, and he asked if I had tips or if my current length was my natural nail. I won't be returning. It was a very pleasant experience and the woman who did my pedicure did a great job but my hands are a different story...6 out of 10 of my nails are crooked despite me mentioning it to the tech. The application of the acrylic and gel is very thick and the ends of my nails are not straight

I really enjoy coming to this shop. Staff is really nice and they do good work at a reasonable price. I’ve been coming since they opened about 3 years ago and can bring them any style. These nails were done by two different nail techs. Tom who is awesome did the red and gold snake ones and Kay did the pink/neutral chrome ones.

tried this place out twice, had a negative experience each time. not sure if it’s because each time it was a male nail technician, but I always want to give them a chance. two different people, each time I’ve been very disappointed with the service/how my nails are left looking. Personally would not recommend & don’t think I’d ever come back.
