Always enjoy Castle Nail, very clean and great people. Cindy helped me yesterday and I hope to see her again...so sweet and good at what she does!!
It was a luxurious experience. What a lovely girl's time before my granddaughter's wedding.
Atmosphere isn't everything! Facility was nice but service was subpar. The pedicurists visited with each other, barely acknowledging we existed, texted and answered personal phone without apology, and did not offer a beverage (client next to us had wine and her child a soda) . I chose a more expensive service in order to have callous removal and had to indicate heals weren't smooth. He briefly further buffed one heal. Just not what I expected when choosing this spa. I sure won't go back!

I love Castle, Lisa is wonderful...they really care about their clients!
I have gone in 3 times now and each time it gets worse. Went in for a pedi and a dip polish mani. My pedicure HURT she left me so raw in the most random areas from scrubbing my feet and did nothing to remove where my real calluses were. I was in pain for 3 days and had to be very selective with my shoe choices. Next my manicurist did the worst job. This salon has a beautiful interior and excellent customer service! We got a tween mani and my daughter said it made her feel like a princess!
