I had a mani and pedi. 4 of my fingers had cuts on them and one was bleeding. A different technician noticed and asked to see them, but nothing was every done. By that night 2 toenails had paint already chipping off. I called them about my toes and they said to come back in and they would fix them (which is good), but they started repainting every toe and just adding paint on top of the paint from the day before so it left my toes very streaky.
Beautiful salon! Anthony is a great nail tech for any pedicure. Would definitely recommend me this place and him to anyone
Literally the WORST pedicure and experience that I have EVER had at a salon. I had to tell the young guy SEVERAL times that he was hurting me. At one point, I said that I was done, no more - and he kept doing it! My pedicure looks like a 3 year old did it AND it took OVER an hour and a half!I am SO FURIOUS. I will never spend another penny at this place! 😡😡😡

Lisa was incredible! Definitely worth the drive from Eastland! She was a perfectionist and took her time on my nails, despite the fact that they were busy! I greatly appreciate it.
My pedicure technition was so rough with how he filed my nails that he drew blood. When I pointed out that I was bleeding, he just asked what nail color I wanted. He didn't seem to care that I was bleeding. On top of that, he left my nails jagged and sharp. Another technician stepped in to smooth my nails out. While she helped, my nails were still sharp. Had an amazing pedicure while visiting fort worth. Well worth the money, very clean nice and relaxing environment, beverages to choose from, and the pedicure was great! I wish we had a place like this back home!
I've been to almost every similar nail place in Fort Worth and Castle is my favorite. I generally go once a week. Clean, quality and always perfect.
