Excellent, knowledgeable and professional customer service by Angelica, the property manager. She went out of her way to see that we obtained the proper product for the money & convenience. She also recommended the strongest lock. I hope Angelica is up for a promotion ASAP. We are highly pleased with our drive-up unit, it is clean, accessible & convenient. Shady. The unit I reserved was on the second floor. No problem, there's an elevator right? Wrong! WTH?!? Then told me they had one on ground level for $60 more per month. Nope!!
