Dr. Castle does a great job explaining the issues, solutions, surgical procedure, and post operative instructions and healing time expectations. So far, so good....my shoulder feels better than it has in over 8 years and is still in the healing stages. Thank You to Dr. Castle and his staff members! :-)

I am extremely pleased with the results of the extensive shoulder repairs performed by Dr Castle. I had suffered limited use and great pain for many years. In addition to a torn Rotator cuff I had tears in the labrum and a detached bicep tendon. Dr. Castle's expertise and experience provided the basis for full recovery. He carefully explained the procedure and monitored my recovery. I did PT as prescribed at Milestone Physical Therapy and recovered full use of my arm in just 5 months.
I have had three very successful surgeries over the last 16 years with Dr. Castle. The reason I keep coming back is because he is the best..! His approach and bedside manner is second to none. I have routinely recommended Dr. Castle to all my friends and relatives in need of an excellent orthopedic surgeon.
I had a great experience with Dr. Castle and his team at Proliance Orthopedics with my recent ACL reconstruction surgery. The CPM machine he recommended was very helpful with recovery process. The highland surgery facilities and team were very efficient and clean. Overall great experience with Dr. Castle and his team at Proliance. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Very happy with my ACL & meniscus consult, recommendations and surgical repair performed by Dr. Castle. I found Dr. Castle to be extremely knowledgable, confident and encouraging throughout the timeline, from injury to go enjoy your new knee! Dr. Castle excels at explaining the what's going on and needing to be done, as well as answering the lists of questions I would bring to appointments.
I went to Dr.Castle back in 2011 for a torn acl and maniscus. He did surgery to correct them. After 3 years of continued pain I went in again to see him he told me nothing was wrong. Decided to get a second opinion from another knee doctor and we had to do surgery again. The pictures from the second knee surgery showed that the first knee surgery was not completed even though the notes from the surgery said it was. So now I may be having to have 3rd knee surgery. I will never see this Dr. again.
