Dr. Bratcher hands down is awesome! Best dentist experience ever! The office staff makes you feel like you are part of their family. Highly recommend.
Wonderful staff! My regular 6 month visit was effortless and easy.
Our first experience with them was great. The care they provided was better than we could have hoped for. Now even when we call the answering service or leave a written message no one contacts us. We have spoken to the office and they are aware there is a problem with the answering service but once again we have been waiting for a return call for 3 hours now.

I wish I could give this review zero stars.... I have actually never written a bad review of any business and Im not a fan of it for 2 reasons A) because I think that if you have a bad experience somewhere you have to realize that people make mistakes sometimes B) If you have a bad experience then just don’t go there again. Dr. Bratcher was amazing and her staff is so genuinely friendly, nice and professional. Went in for my first ever crown and the process was truly painless. Was a bit nervous in having never had anything more than a simple filling.The crown was made onsite in under 20 minutes with a crazy cool milling machine. Even got to watch it being made. So glad to have found them!
These people are only concerned about how much money they can get from you. They told me I needed work that even they admitted later that I didn't need. My husband was just in and they added two services he didn't need or want to inflate the bill. Don't trust them.
