RecommendedFantastic group to work with. Coming from a family that owns a real estate business in Kansas I had a pretty high expectations and Linda and her team exceeded those greatly. Their staging of our house turned out amazing and they knew exactly what we needed to change to make our house appeal to buyers the best. Communicating with them was great and even as a seller Linda came to our closing to make sure everything was complete.
Castle Hills real estate helped us sell our home in Carrollton in record time at $10k over our asking price! When we were interested in selling our home, they quickly inspected the property and made some recommendations on how to improve it's looks for a quick sale. Words cannot express the quality of work that this group does. From day-to-day management to the day you say you want to sell a home; they will bring their best. As owners of multiple homes in the area; we can honestly say that Mark, Linda, and Karen will take care of your needs with a white-glove service as well as their personal and classy touch. We are exceedingly satisfied with their care for tenants and owners. We are happy customers and will continue to partner with them.
We did a “lease purchase” with Castle Hill, well so we thought. They hurried us to sign a rental agreement because “others where interested” and told us the would get around to the purchase part which they never did. A year later they tried to sell us the house at $356,00 which was way more than other homes. They only gave us 1 comp and when I sent them many more they suddenly dropped the price to $329,000 with $5000 to close which was still over priced. We said no thanks.
