I thought I had struck gold when I found Dr. Tucker. She was incredibly kind when we went in to see her this past summer. Since then, both times I have needed to make an appointment, the front desk simp,y doesn't answer. They also do not return messages. Today I called and finally got through. Ive been bringing my children to see Dr.Tucker for 8 years so it is incredibly disappointing that I have to leave a negative review after all these years. She has been great up until this last year. It has become almost impossible to get in contact with the office and no point in leaving a message because those calls do not get returned. I am switching providers and have been calling for almost 2 months now trying to get my children’s medical records to no avail. Dr. Tucker is great! I never felt rushed, she's easy to talk to, and really cares about her patients. I left because we moved and the drive was too long. However, the reason for the three star review is because the situation where the nurse is also the secretary is not ideal. I would never get reminders for my appoinments nor a card with the appointment date and time, and when you're holding a baby and are just told the next appoinment date, it's hard to whip out your phone and mark it on the calendar. Dr. Tucker has cared for my daughter for 10 years. She has always taken her time with my child, making sure she and I understand and are comfortable. I wouldn't trust my daughter's care with any other Pediatrician. The love she has shown our family is unmatched. We love and appreciate Dr. Tucker.
Dr. Tucker is absolutely amazing. She feels like family and I absolutely trust her.
