This was our first visit to the dentist, admittedly a little late for our older child. Upon arrival, Claudia greeted us with a smile and warm welcome. When we were called back by Ruth, she went over and beyond to make sure my 4yr old, was comfortable and walked him through the process very thoroughly. The dentist is fine. However the amount of communication I’ve received leading up to an appointment is insane. They called me DAILY 3-4 weeks before my appointment and said if I didn’t confirm at least by 3 weeks prior they would cancel my daughter’s appointment. I’m a working parent and my schedule is dynamic. I’m also busy in calls during the day and answering the phone isn’t always an option. Our first visit to Castle Hills Pediatric Dentistry was such a great experience for my child. From the moment we walked in, they had a welcome message with my child’s name on it, which immediately made my child feel special and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and efficient, getting us in quickly without feeling rushed.
