I came in as a walk in and the place is so dirty and lack of management. They keep telling me to wait but didn’t give me the time about how long. Save your time and don’t come here.

Stopped by because says walk ins welcome. They actually do not accept walk ins, which is completely understandable if you list as appointments only. Secondly the phone number I used to call to see if they had availability is a cell phone with google assistant and they don’t answer it, so no way to check ahead of time. Also they do not accept American Express, which again isn’t the biggest deal, but I don’t even think they had Apple Pay. Overall not a good experience and haven’t even had their services yet.

I love coming to Castle Hills Nail Spa! Lisa and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. They have excellent skills and a very extensive selection of colors. I like having an appointment so I can count on the time frame. I highly recommend Castle Hills Nail Spa!
