Lash Lounge Castle Hills I booked an appointment for March 6th for eyebrows with a deposit of $100. I charged my mind the next day requesting a refund. However, after numerous calls and texts they still didn’t refund my money saying it takes 30 days which is absurd. I still haven’t received it’s as of today 4/3/25. I definitely would not recommend giving a deposit unless you are ready to get service the same day. To me, this is not a good policy because I could have used my money for something else. Never again. 😩

I have been seeing Amie for my nails and lashes for approximately two years. I highly recommend Amie because of her expert, caring skills in the services she provides. I’ve used other Staff members for my spa pedicure. Having been to several other salons in Carrollton, I cannot imagine going to a different salon because of the friendly customer service that they provide.

Sara & Henry did a fantastic job on my pedicure and manicure. Excellent customer service, nice ambiance, they offer drinks and very clean work. Will definitely be back! recommended! ♥️
