My son had his wedding at Castle Hill Winery. I feel compelled to comment on this wonderful venue. I was very concerned about every detail of my sons wedding as I did not have much say in what was taking place. I was relieved when I met Kim, the owner of Castle Hill as she takes charge and makes suggestions and is very concerned about the details. FANTASTIC VENUE AND STAFF!!!! – I just wanted to publicly thank The staff and Kim for everything. Our wedding was so special. I am so glad that we chose this venue. I cannot believe the post below where a minister is trying to publicly bash another human being. WOW!! Unprofessional Staff(Kim) Dr. Jekylll or Mr. Hyde – First the location is nice and can accomodate a unique experience. My issues are not with the location, but merely the Staff(Kim). My cousin got married there in October 2011. I was the Officiant(ordained minister). On the day of the rehersal we all parked up near the main reception hall. Great place for a party – My fraternity had their formal here two years ago and we had a blast and My wife and I had our wedding at Castle Hill three weeks ago. Everyone is still talking about it. Every thing was great. My fiance was nervous about all of the details of planning the wedding. They took care of everything for us except the cake and her dress. Really awesome. Enjoyed the wine too and I usually don't drink wine!

wonderful venue and very helpful staff – I booked my up coming wedding at a different winery. After months of not getting return phone calls i panicked and pulled out of that winery. I went to Castle Hill and booked my wedding. I am so glad that I did. It does not matter how many questions I ask or how often. I get immediate responses from this staff. I work with Kim most of the time and she is so helpful. Booking with this winery has taken the stress out of my wedding planning. I have been able to take my florist and DJ out... read more

great place for your wedding or any type of event – Love this place. I had my wedding there two years ago and it was fantastic. The owners were so accommodating that we had my baby shower there this past summer. Now we have started a family tradition of buying our Christmas trees from them also. The wine is great especially the apple and Cabernet. I bought several gift baskets made up in antique boxes. Very unique. I have had two contracts with them. Terrible business practices – Couldn't be more disappointed with this place. I would not recommend going there for wine tasting or to host an event (ie wedding). Owner (Kim) is terrible to work with. Does not return phone calls or emails, and will try to get you for every penny with last minute charges.

Depends on what you are looking for... – Extremely disappointed in taste of wine. Get all the details before you sign a contract.
