I recently visited the Red Tail HOA representative, who is with Castle Group, to inquire about the ongoing issues with our Envera gate system, which has been down with the gates wide open for weeks. I have been trying for 3 months now to get a refund from their association- since I sold my Condo and they kept withdrawing (for context, this is not the first time it happens) . I see this as last resource to see if I can have someone call me or reply to the emails in the open case. UPDATE: 2 weeks after my review. Two new emails to email below and no response as of yet and when you call no matter the time you can never get through. Can you have someone call me?

The Castle staff have been great during the transition from our previous Management Company. Lifestyle Director Mindy has been doing a wonderful Job with events, the Association Manager Alec has stepped up to insure that things are running good. Front Desk Agent Avonelle & Rosa are wonderful and so inviting when they greet you and assist with whatever you need.
