President is always on vacation and ARC review has taken over 45 days and they just now looked at it and want addtional information. This is a very basic request. My neighbors have also been going through the same issue. meanwhile other people in the neighborhood install whatever and skip to process. whats the point of having an ARC if you can't complete a review and can't enforce the rules. Waste of time and money.

Dean Garrow provides our community with impeccable service in a thankless position managing our HOA. Before Dean’s tenure, approvals took months, action on common areas were non-existent and the community grew frustrated with the lack of management.
