Castle itself is kind of irrelevant overall. Its about the on site or property manager that counts. Like anything else.. Its the individual. Castle is a regional medium sized company. They get the job done.
This is an incompetent, disorganized, and unprofessional company. They DO NOT communicate...period. You can leave voicemails for weeks on end with no response, email concerns with no reply, and submit requests directly spelled out on their regulation just to be denied months later. Also, after requesting their specific regulations when purchasing our home 3 years ago they did not give us ANY information. They took 2 years to give us access to their portal, and after that they started their tyrannical reign. They forced us t... read more
