Don’t trust the sales manager Jake. He doesn’t care about anyone but himself & closing a deal. He’ll spend more time being combative (lightly)as if he is in a debate rather than customer service. They sold me the car but failed me with integrity & I’ll never give them my money again.
Recommended service that was already completed at the same business. Explain to me that there are no service records of my vehicle because of the business transition during the change of ownership. I questioned the integrity of the Business operation. . I questioned whether this was an upsell for unnecessary service.
