Our experience has been extremely disappointing. My girlfriend purchased a new vehicle from your dealership after being assured that her existing auto loan would be paid off as part of the transaction. Unlike the Schaumburg Ford dealership which found something wrong with my powertrain but then changed their mind and said its all good and also found my brakes worth 'caution' just to make me fix something I don't need replacing yet, it is a breath of fresh air and honesty getting an oil change and complete vehicle inspection GETTING ALL CLEAR and needs no repairs of any sort I got from the MICHIGAN CITY FORD.
