Avoid like covid! John Draper (previously JD Flooring) let me down several times and eventually tried to rip me off. I had other professionals in who confirmed this and completed the job properly. I believe he assumed because I'm a single lady and disabled he could take advantage, Wish I'd looked into his work and character before, then I could have saved weeks of stress. Super impressed with Castle Flooring. Products, attention to detail and customer service are superb. Partner and I had pretty different tastes in Floors. At first, I was a bit hesitant because it was not the lowest bid. But what impressed me most is the attention to detail with the bid and later, during the hardwood project. Not only was the hardwood installed professionally and with the greatest attention to preparation procedures. In fact, they cared enough to cover non-work zones and my fixtures with plastic. Castle Flooring is fantastic! We've been buying tile and wood from Julian and Stephanie since 2000 and have never been disappointed. They have a great selection and extremely competitive prices. But what you really can't beat is the customer service. They have a wealth of knowledge and expertise and are always willing to lend a hand. Both of them are so patient as you go through the fun but stressful process of choosing flooring. If only all of the service companies were like them!

Excellent customer service with affordable flooring and a great selection! I love the quality of the carpet and the installer did a wonderful job! They were very knowledgable and easy to work with. I will use them for future projects and recommend Castle Flooring!
