Exceptional customer service and amazing haircuts. When I first moved to Indiana, I need a barber and all I could find was places that didn’t take the business seriously, I found Noel as a walk in back when he was on calumet Ave. I been going to him for over 3 years. I moved to Chicago and I still drive down to get my haircut.
