My parents lived there for 15 years. Some of the "volunteers" talk behind your back. The building was a BIG gossip place. After my Dad passed away no one returned my messages about his mail. They give you 14 days to have the apartment cleared out after a passing. They expect you to bury your loved one then go to apartment to clear it out or I was told days after my Dad passed, I would be charged the "market value" rent fee.
