This company is unprofessional and James S is the worst unprofessional person in the company. He’s very rude when he knows that the AC is not fully functioning and then he doesn’t pick up your call at all. What kind of company does that . This James doesn’t know how to fix the AC or anything about AC’s. Please help us report him and the company.
Appreciate that James took the time after the office closed to get to us and come repair the ac unit at our rental. Myself, my roommate and my pups are super grateful to have a cooler house again.
Barry is amazing! He is communicative, professional, kind, and a hard worker. He installed my new furnace in December, and AC today. He updated me on progress and worked hard all day to get me and my grandkids some cool air after 3 weeks of a hot house. I would recommend him and most definitely have him back again for all my HVAC needs. 👍🏼☺️
