We highly recommend Castle Comfort Homecare. We were struggling to provide care to my husband with dementia and additional health issues. Gissel’s positive and friendly attitude guided us through the process and she obtained for us confident, qualified caregivers. Mack supported us in filing claims and completing all the forms for our insurance company. We cannot recommend Hema highly enough as she is an absolute rockstar caregiver. While my Mother was in Assisted Living, she had what might have been a stroke, which left her sleeping for a full day, not eating or drinking, and unresponsive. The administration called Castle Comfort Homecare once the staff realized that Mother needed all-day care, 7 am to 7 pm. My brother and I were visiting my Mother when this happened, so we were able to meet and speak with the wonderful health aides who started almost immediately. G and Mack are amazing. They are caring and make you feel like family. We had some wonderful caretakers and I highly recommend this great company.

Castle Comfort has been a great blessing for our family! Gee is wonderful and responsive and they have been able to adjust the schedules to meet our mother’s needs so that she can remain in her home. The peace of mind has been a great relief. All of the careworkers have been wonderful, in particular Jocelyn. I recommend highly
