Could not be happier about the service we've had on our 2013 Volt and 2019 Bolt. Today, super EV tech Jaryd Carvell (who did the full battery pack replacement on the Bolt) did a thorough check of a 2017 Bolt we're considering purchasing, at no charge. After bad experiences at Currie Motors, which is much closer geograpically, we feel confident taking our EVs to Castle North. We found Jaryd through many very positive recommendations on the Chevy Bolt EV and EUV Owners Group on Facebook, and they were right.
Brian was great diagnosing my issue based on my input and turnaround time was good in getting the repair done.
I always take my car to Castle Chevrolet. They take good care of my car and they get it right every time. Zack is always accommodating and makes it for me to bring the car on a time that is convenient for me. Been coming here for the last twenty years and I al still glad I come to Castle for service!
