I used Castle Carpets when working for a contractor and always had a great experience. When my mom needed new carpet I enthusiastically recommended she talk to Janice. Mom used them for her whole house carpet replacement and was happy with quality of the carpet and the service. Now mom bought a new hiuse and needed the carpet replaced so she called them again. I highly recommend Castle Carpets. They are not just an amazing business, they are great people that really care about their customers. I’m a single mom and Janice and her amazing team took great care of me when looking for a carpet for my daughters room. Steven went above and beyond on the installation. I’m happy to be a customer of such a great business!!
The Castle is family owned and operated in an enchanted setting. Professional and courteous sales and installation. Caterers to the customer's taste, style and colour. It meets all of our family's needs in floor covering, window treatments and home decor.
They do a terrific job at a reasonable price. The installers were professional and completed the job on time and the final result was terrific. I have no problem recommending them to others.
