I called about a vehicle that I was interested in and spoke with Matt. I asked about extended warranty on the vehicle and he said they didn’t offer the one I wanted. I called MOPAR Vehicle Protection and found out that I could purchase it through them and called back. Matt said they weren’t able to certify the vehicle so that I could get the extended warranty for a cheaper price because it would cost them $2800 to certify it. Drove one hour and a half from Pittsburgh to Buy a truck, the website said the dealer was open till four, walked in at 10 to 3 and was told the man had to leave by three that his daughter had a softball tournament, when I expressed which truck I was interested in he unlocked it with the keyfob never walked outside never offers any help whatsoever when we inquired as to why the hours were listed open until four he said they were the winter hours, I have never been quite as disappointed Or treated so poorly by any business
