Ron who bought my car made the selling a liitle bit more easier to sell my beloved car. Very professional and easy to talk to.
The purchasing manager Ron was fantastic! I contacted the dealership to see about selling my 2023 BMW, and even though they couldn’t beat my best offer, Ron was so polite, well informed, and professional through the whole process. He kept me informed about what was going on in the process, and was very transparent as to not lead me on or mislead me. I didn’t end up selling my vehicle to them, but the experience was enough to leave a great impression and keep Castle in mind for any future sales or purchases!
Not much of a good selection
Service only reviewed, no experience with sales. I've been taking our '19 Bolt EV and '13 Volt to EV tech Jaryd Carvell and have had nothing but outstanding experience. I found Jaryd through a Bolt owners Facebook group and heard others sing his praises. I trusted Jaryd to replace the EV battery in the Bolt when Chevy issued its battery recall in 2021.
