Was told multiple times cosigner didn't need to be family and they kept me on hold for several days then called me back to tell me that I was denied because my cosigner wasn't family. Hilarious. Also when people come to your lot to pick out their cars, you come outside and interact with them and try to look professional, not just greasy dudes in tank tops. Extremely unsatisfied.
