Castle has very good people there but I've have had the worse experience and now my basement is flooding and no one is getting back to me I've paid my rent on time every month and I feel like I should be treated fairly if I don't get no response back I'm taking matters in to my own hands

My husband and I haven't officially dropped these guys but going to do so as soon as they manage to return a phone call or an email- It's very hard for them for some reason. If you are considering them to manage your property, spare yourself and find a company that actually knows what they are doing or do it yourself.
