AWFUL MANAGEMENT! bought by Ambroselli Properties a couple years ago and things have gotten significantly worse so I moved. They will ignore your maintenance requests (even if water is flooding your kitchen or heat isn’t working properly) until you threaten to withhold rent. will try to steal your security deposit until you threaten legal action. know your rights if you live here!
I moved in a few months ago and I love it! Great mixture of nice people, I have an awesome view of the river too. Management is great, no issues and they don't breath down your neck. Hallways are really wide and it never seems over populated even though most units are occupied. It might be hard to get a showing but don't give up it's worth it.

I’ve been calling and emailing for months about availability. Finally in September there was two, two bedroom units available for October. I emailed and called every day leaving voicemail asking about the units. The reason why I never gotten a response is because I was being discriminated against. Long story short, I asked a white coworker to call and leave a voicemail and she was called back with in 15 minutes.
