Customer service is above & beyond when you purchase a vehicle! but after the sale is a totally different story!!! I called and left a voicemail on 12/18/18 ! Did not receive a call back or any sort of reply. I texted the salesperson today 01/05/19 and got nothing but attitude and she told me to call her boss so I did. Just bought a used Ford pickup from Shannon Wolfanger and she is awesome! She ben't over backwards to try and make things go smoothly.
