when I showed up for our appointment we had to wait over 20 minutes while they tried to find the Jeep I was interested in. I was finally told service loaned it out the day prior, I even told them on the phone when I made the appointment that I hadnt seen it on the lot. Test drove a different vehicle and when we went inside to talk to Steve the owner things went from bad to worse.
