Several of the reviews had mentioned an issue with hot water but I called in advance of booking and they said it had been resolved. I had no issues during my stay. The room was very clean, the location was great, the customer service was amazing. The fitness center is small, but efficient and clean. The pool was nice. A very short walk to the beach. I would absolutely stay here again. I will say the elevator is insanely slow but it was easy enough to take the stairs. Had a great stay!

This place was beautiful. We went for our 10th wedding anniversary just for a night away. The hotel is beautiful the service was excellent. We did have a little bit of an issue with the bathroom the door handle is broken so we were locked out of the bathroom to begin with. One time we had to have someone come unlock it which was just a butter knife. Then when it locked again a second time we just got a butter knife and kept it in the room with us. Do not stay at this resort. Just checked out and did not have hot water or ability to shower for last two days of my stay. Couldn’t enjoy the beach without being able to shower. My Husband is a Diamond member with Hilton and they still didn’t provide us any resolution or credit.
