Where should I start? This place has become my real life nightmare. After being fitted for a crown, it didn't fit. Wait another 2 weeks, they call me 20 minutes before my appointment to let me know the new one has not arrived. Thanks a lot. Babysitter was in my driveway. It only gets worse.... Dr. Crawford's financial staff is very unpleasant, unprofessional and rude. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and highly recommend you do not choose this orthodontics for your child's braces.
I have been going to Dental One Roswell since 2008. I have always hated dentists, but when I started going to Dental One, I was impressed, they only provided services I needed and never tried to push anything extra. The staff, hygienist and doctor were all great, and I felt comfortable. Unfortunately, that all has changed over my last few visits. Just the facts Yesterday my 7 yr old daughter received a pulpotomy w/crown. That was at 3pm, by 6pm the crown was off. She was in pain all night. This AM, she was seen and the error was corrected. The dental assistant explained that the adult dentist had worked to set the tooth correctly and that she did not know why the Pediatric dentist did not prep the tooth correctly yesterday.
