My mom saw Dr. Castillo for her depression. He is very respectful and is a great listener. He is really good at explaining difficult to understand information. You can tell he is sincere when he asks you how you are doing. His office staff are great, and got her insurance authorization very quickly! We've never waited more than 10 minutes in his office, which seems rare when it comes to doctor office wait times!
