Olvin is a professional. Of the contractors I've worked with, he is the most communicative, responsive, and helpful by far. That is just the baseline. He and his team do neat and precise work. We had a really sketchy attic in our Somerville condo, where our HVAC system lives, and the only way to get up there was via a step ladder next to an open balcony.
