All the negativity, and I can sympathize. Dominium, a company that owned Castilian Apartments were SLUM LORD'S that did not care about its Residents, and that is almost 3 years of experience doing business with them. Our new owner and it's representative, Property Manager, Marsha, had a major problem with our plumbing corrected in less than 2 hours, and yes I did say 2. I would not recommend living here on this property. They do not care for their residents. They are very quick to charge late fees and fines but do nothing to try to help their residents in a timely matter regarding any work orders or pest control issues. It has taken me several calls to corporate in order to be assisted with anything in regards to my apartment and I have renewed 3 leases with this property but this year will be my last.
