The apartments are very nice. Very well maintained and in a nice location from BYU. Far enough away that you don't feel like you are constantly on campus, but close enough to walk to campus in 10-15 minutes. The apartment management makes you (at least when I was there), sign a year contract. The rent doesn't go down in the summer, like a lot of other college apartments in Provo.
