Please do your research before hiring Dr Castellon for your breast reduction surgery. I met with Dr Castellon and his staff 2-3 times prior to my surgery. They were all very nice and professional. I was very specific in wanting to reduce from DDD to a C-cup and Dr. Castellon agreed to do so. There were no concerns made by Dr. Castellon that this was a problem surgery or that my request could not be performed. I just had my consultation with the team, and I feel I was heard when speaking about concerns, current medical issues, as well as what I feel I want to get out of the surgical process. He was understanding of my past history of surgery and my worries.
