Very unprofessional experience. My mother and little brother visited this clinic today because my brother was in severe pain from a loose tooth that was preventing him from eating. We were hoping Dr. Castellano would help by removing the tooth. After waiting for a long time, my mother was informed that the doctor refused to continue because my 5-year-old brother became scared and moved when he saw the anesthesia injection. The dentist is nice and professional but the receptionist is always confused. She told me my appointment was thirty minutes earlier and I had the appointment written down long ago, so I knew that wasn't the case. She also calls a different number when reminding my family about appointments when we told her MULTIPLE times this number isn't and never was associated with us. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had in my whole life. 4 years ago he told me I needed a Root canal and until this day I have been in 3 other dentist and that tooth is perfect. Be careful he just wants the money, he is not a good professional. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.
