I lived at 80 Wellesley for almost a year. While my lease ran from October 2022-October 2023, I was left with no other choice but to move early and live elsewhere for the last 3 months of my lease due to the abhorrent amount of roaches and lack of care from management from Metcap and its on site management. Not safe to live, poor security, terrible management. One night I was arriving from work, there was a drug addicted sitting in front of my apartment in the 9th floor. Another morning, there was another addicted sleeping in the hall way. My locker got broken in 3x. Do not spend your money with MetCap buildings.
Stay away from Adrian and Reymond. They are still charging me monthly parking fees even after I ended the parking with them. They still deduct $170 every month its been 5 months now. Even after explaining and talking to them they didn’t do anything. They dont reply to messages or phone calls. I made the biggest mistake by trusting these frauds and the worst management MetCap. Stay away at any cost!
