Love this build but it could use more cleaning in the halls and laundry rooms and the cleaning should t be on her phone the whole time she’s cleaning every time I see our cleaning person for our building she’s always on the phone all the time I have actually had to email our office for the building about the Cleaning I have Emailed them about the laundry room, washer and dryer not getting cleaned and they’re still not getting cleaned. They’ve been smelling pretty bad.

My sister lived here for the past year with her partner. There was roaches and bed bugs that I know of. Property manager would be difficult with my sister. Once my sister notified mgmt of blood on one of the entrance door handles and mgmt was upset with her for not notifying them earlier. Another time an upstairs neighbors was negligent and let his place flood.
