Casteel Foot and Ankle Clinic, Rowlett, Tx. I've been seeing Dr. Casteel just over 10 years. She has performed 4 superb surgeries on my feet. I'm 83 yr old now and see her every 90 days caring for my "old" feet. She is just the greatest when it comes to diagnosis and treatment. So caring and kind. Dr. Casteel, in my own opinion ranks up there with the Best of the Best ! I’m almost 73 now and thru the years I’ve needed to find top regarded Drs in their field, some of which were in Dallas, in Baylor Hospital area! I was fortunate Dr. Casteel is much closer to my residence. Before seeing Dr. Casteel, I did an online, very thorough investigation on her credentials and what schools she attended, including for obtaining her doctorate.
