Office manager extremely rude and unprofessional. My mother was scheduled for a surgery with Dr. Casteel. We unfortunately had to cancel her pre op appointment and her surgery due to a family emergency where my mother had to travel. After her return we attempted to reschedule and when speaking with office staff everyone was rude trying to say she was a no show when we clearly had canceled and it was even on their voicemails since they use an automated system. Dr. Casteel is amazing. When I first Arrived to her, my feet looked like I played In the NBA for 20 years.. Now my feet looked Iike I could sell feet pictures on instagram. She’s a great Doc with great staff. She definitely knows her stuff.
Went to the er with a bad toe, and they picked the Dr. casteel. Love her she really helped me and much love.. but her office......... I owe like 500$.. but from the hospital.. 5 will pay when I can.. but her office manager says I can't talk to her and will not send in my fla paperwork unless I set up a payment plan. How can you do that if you don't want to help me..... he said, then go to Parkland , where my toe to take to them? Now... homeless. And toe less..
Dr. Casteel cares and is genuinely compassionate. You won’t be waiting endlessly in the waiting room or the exam room. I’ve seen her for an ingrown toenail & then pain in both feet. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
