Casteel Foot and Ankle Clinic, Rowlett, Tx. I've been seeing Dr. Casteel just over 10 years. She has performed 4 superb surgeries on my feet. I'm 83 yr old now and see her every 90 days caring for my "old" feet. She is just the greatest when it comes to diagnosis and treatment. So caring and kind. Dr. Casteel, in my own opinion ranks up there with the Best of the Best ! I’m almost 73 now and thru the years I’ve needed to find top regarded Drs in their field, some of which were in Dallas, in Baylor Hospital area! I was fortunate Dr. Casteel is much closer to my residence. Before seeing Dr. Casteel, I did an online, very thorough investigation on her credentials and what schools she attended, including for obtaining her doctorate. Office is very unprofessional I've been to alot of doctors in my life. Racing professionally the doc was great but her staff is very unprofessional been told 3 times I'll get a call back before the end of the day today and nothing I will be finding a new doctors Office to go to. Not wasting my time or my money
Office manager extremely rude and unprofessional. My mother was scheduled for a surgery with Dr. Casteel. We unfortunately had to cancel her pre op appointment and her surgery due to a family emergency where my mother had to travel. After her return we attempted to reschedule and when speaking with office staff everyone was rude trying to say she was a no show when we clearly had canceled and it was even on their voicemails since they use an automated system.
