I have been seeing Dr Castaneras as my primary for several years and before myself she was my mom's doctor. There is no better doctor than her. She spends as much time with her patients as they need. Unlike all the doctor's before her that spent 15 minutes with me and sent me on my way resulting in a lot of health problems undiagnosed that cost me many serious health problems later in life. Dr Castaneras is well worth the wait!
VERY UNPROFFESIONAL. I have been trying to get a hold of my PCP Dr. Castanares since NOVEMBER and nobody has answered the phone. I have not only called but also have stopped by and it is closed? Today I stopped by and rang the bell at the reception desk and a man named George came out to yell at me that I was being rude. This George guy is rude, yells at patients and does not help at all. Customer service is 0. I am being nice of putting 1 star. Don’t put George on the phone, answering calls. He has 0 customer service ethics. Very rude tone. He sounded like mad and don’t like his job.
Dr. Casteneras OS a good doctor. She takes time to discuss her concerns but does not push an agenda. The wait time can be 3 to 4 hours.
One of the worst Doctors offices I have ever seen!! They constantly cancel appointments without notice. And when you do finally have an appointment the doctor is always late. Expect to wait hours to be seen and I mean HOURS! If I could put negative stars I would. I am glad I no longer have to bring my sister here!
