Yoan was quick, knowledgeable, and nice. A real maintenance pro! Edit: although the individual maintenance team members have been great the overall management of maintenance is unreliable. When we moved into our apartment, a window in the bedroom was not actually connected to the frame and was only held up by friction. We informed management as part of the check-in process the first day we moved in and were told that the maintenance manager would come and coordinate a third party vendor to fix it if need be.
