i've done multiple php/iop programs before cast. i just finished yesterday after about 4 months of first php and then iop levels of care. when i arrived i had been 10 years sober and in 1-1 therapy, been on meds, done somatic work, and did two rounds of TMS. i still was not feeling right, least of all confident in my direction and sense of self. through very simple (but not always easy!) guidance by my individual therapist Samson, the best therapist i've ever had, i was able to change things in my life i have been resistant ... read more

cast changed my life. shout out to the whole team, but especially jackie, my individual therapist. i had done a php program previously that had nowhere near the high standard of care that this facility maintains. i have been sober for the first time in my life since starting there, and i thank them for giving me a strong foundation to build my life off of. most rehabs suck, but if you’re considering signing up for a program somewhere, this is the right place to start. if i can do it, you can do it.

Loved CAST! Matthew is so sweet and I had Jackie as a therapist she’s amazing - all of the staff are great. Samson is also awesome - who runs the facility. I learned a lot and it helped me get sober and provided me with amazing friends and a sober community that I never had before.

I cannot say enough about Cast. They helped me get through the lowest point of my life. They genuinely care about everyone that comes through their doors. If you’re dealing with addiction, depression, anxiety or all of the above go to Cast! They will help you!

Well-facilitated treatment center for mental health and addiction. Treatment consisted of group and individual therapy with a robust program including psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and peer support. As a testament to the effectiveness of the treatment program, there is a strong “alumni” support network of former patients who remain in contact and whom occasionally return as guest speakers.
