I was hoping to use local people for my glass repair rather than the national big guys, so I stopped by their office. The young lady said they could only fix it onsite between 8-830, the rest of the day they were out mobile. I said, OK then when can he come to my home with the mobile service. First they ordered the wrong windshield. He tried to blame his wife for that mistake. Then, when they came out with the wrong windshield they blamed us for not telling them what options were on the car. Well, they had never asked. Then, after already inspecting the car, they ordered the wrong side mirror. Instead of returning the wrong part, he had the audacity to go ahead and mount it anyway.
