I had a terrible experience with this dentist. I went to this office for whitening and to get ONE tooth fixed. However, I was told that in order to do so, I should have a thorough exam, x-rays taken, cavities filled and then proceed with my whitening treatments...so at my 3rd visit I am finally given my bleaching treatment and after spending almost $240,my teeth were only about 2 shades lighter. We have been going to Dr. Cassidy as a family for years. We all find him and his staff to be very friendly and up to date on the latest technology and treatment options. His hygienists are very thorough without being rough, and he is a very personable man. He's done several fillings on me and made the crown for my implant. I had never been particularly mindful of dental visits before I joined his practice, but I now actually look forward to my visits because I know I'm getting the best treatment I can, and if he runs into so... read more
Very nice man with a friendly demeanor. My kids, aged 6 & 10, are comfortable going to him. The office staff is friendly and efficient. I am not sure how his prices compare to other dentists, since I haven't seen any others in a decade or more. He seems a bit pricey (emphasize "a bit"), but not excessive. Seems like a value in the long run, since he seems to do good work. Dentist Dan is really good. No pressure for unnecessary treatment. Caring. Efficient. I wish he was still on my plan. Cost was fine. Excellent work on my crown, good pain management, outstanding manners. Great front desk. Hygenist good. Billing fine. Best thing: good treatment with good manners. Bad: parking.
Dr. Cassisy is friendly and I would hihgly recommend him to someone who does not like pain at the dentist office.
They were a perfect match.....very reasonably priced and the procedure went very smoothly.
I've only been here once, so I haven't had enough services provided to give a full review. I will update this review after more sessions. I like that this office follows my insurance's EOB and only bills me the amount due after the claim is completed with the insurance company.
Dr Cassidy and hs staff are the friendliest group of people I have come across working for the same company. They always welcome you, and they make accomodation for those in dire need of dental treatment. Wonderful staff, wonderful dental work, minimal pain and a fabulous outcome.
