Steve was great! He was able to get us in quick, diagnose the problem, and get it fixed under warranty. Great service and very efficient.
Cassens did a fantastic job of getting my truck right in for service. Everyone was so friendly and thorough. I appreciate that they did the little things that matter to give quality vehicle service.
I went in to buy a Buick for my mom, and the first appointment seemed good, talked out what the down payment would be and my monthly rate. Second appointment we were jerked around didn't seem too interested in questioning about maybe a cheaper car, yes I'm poor but I have stable job so I can afford it. Instead I see the down payment went up by a couple 1000 and my payment was way too high, nearly 8 times what was talked about.
